Ginger Hardy

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ginger serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Singletrack Financial. In this role, she oversees firm operations, supports advisors, and manages transitions, training, and marketing initiatives. Ginger holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 registrations and serves as an OSJ delegate. Her career, which began in the securities sector, has seen her navigate roles within American Capital, Advantage Capital Corporation, The Legacy One Group, and now Singletrack Financial.

Ginger’s commitment to the industry is reflected in her continuous efforts to expand her knowledge and enhance operational efficiency. She believes that strong connections with her team, financial professionals, and back-office support are essential to success. Her leadership extends to internal campaigns, events, and external marketing efforts, where she acts as a vital liaison between the back office and our network of financial professionals, ensuring smooth communication and support.

A proud native Texan, Ginger cherishes time with her husband of over 30 years, their four children, one daughter-in-love, and two rescue dogs. She is a preacher’s kid (PK), she enjoys playing the piano and violin, watching Hallmark movies, and going on cruises
